DescriptionThis fantastic farm house from the beginning of the 20th century was restored with a superb, modern interior design and is situated right on the beach of Arenys de Mar. The accommodation in this semi-detached house has a capacity for up to eight people. It is distributed on three floors and is offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
On the ground floor from wich there is access to the large garden with trees and plants you will find the modern and fully equipped kitchen, the spacious dining room and a toilet. On the first floor you have the large living room that is very comfortable and nicely decorated, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a dressing room, a single bedroom and another bathroom. On the second floor another two bedrooms, one for three and one for two persons, and finally a covered terrace.
The accommodation is located just 60 m from the beach with access by a subway pass under the railway tracks. Needless to say that you of course always must use the subway pass and never cross the tracks directly!
It is only about 300 m to the town center with all its services, restaurants, bars and shops.
