This nice apartment is located in Empuriabrava, Costa Brava, Catalonia. The accommodation is part of a residential complex in a suburban neighborhood. It lies just 500 meters from the sandy beach, 1 km from the city and a supermarket, 3 km from the bus station and 15 km from the train station. With some 30 kilometers of navigable canals and 5,000 moorings, Empuriabrava, often called the Miami of Europe, is the largest marina in Europe. It was built in a swampy area specifically as a seaside tourist destination and is the perfect holiday destination for recreational sailors as well as professional skippers. Empuriabrava is situated on a plain bordering the long Bay of Roses.
