This beautifully appointed five bedroom town house provides a very comfortable accommodation for nine people, including a twin room ideally set up to cater for disabled guests.

The whole house has a bright, warm feel to it. Every sleeping space has a dedicated reading light, and there are portable, standard reading lights in the main lounge. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite shower room, and one double bedroom has an en suite lounge. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is seating for all guests available in the kitchen diner or the lounge. There is an additional guest bathroom upstairs. The lounge has access onto the L shaped terrace which is beautifully bordered by mature plants and trees. The accommodation comes with partial floor heating.

The bedroom on the ground floor is adapted for disabled persons, and you will find a separate shower room suitable for disabled guests on the same floor with a wheelchair for use in the shower and a facility to raise the toilet seat. The access from outside to the house is without any steps, and there is level access to the main pool, and an access with handrails and shallow non-slip steps.

This accommodation lies in amazing secluded grounds right in the centre of Fuengirola town, a very popular tourist destination. Everything is within walking distance, including bars, restaurants, the beach, the port, supermarkets, shops, the train station with frequent trains to Malaga city as well as the bus station with regular service to the exclusive town of Marbella or the very popular and picturesque village of Mijas. With the airport only 30 minutes away by taxi it is also possible to stay in this location without hiring a car. If you do wish to hire a car, though, you can park in the street inside the gated complex. The complex has three large rectangular pools as well as a paddling pool.

It is possible to have one extra bed in a separate tandem room to one of the bedrooms for additional EUR 100 per week. With this extra bed the house sleeps 10 people all in all.
