DescriptionThis cosy three bedroom villa uniquely situated in the middle of the lovely countryside just outside Maçanet de la Selva offers you a lot of privacy in peaceful surroundings. At the same time you reach the beaches of LLoret de Mar within a 15 minutes drive only and a golf course within 10 minutes.
This unique holiday home has everything needed for an unforgettable holiday. At the backside of the villa you will find a huge garden with private pool. The pool is fitted and equipped with slides and swings for the enjoyment of children, and you can enjoy both the sun and the shadow of the pines. Outside the house you have two opportunities for eating: one inside the pool enclosure, the second under a tent at the entrance of the house. You can of course also enjoy your morning breakfast inside this sizeable house.
Once through the entrance you find yourself in the nicely decorated living room with fireplace and TV. Next to it a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a double bedroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with beautiful views of the garden and mountains, and a second special room for children, which has a bed and a crib with a garden view.
A few meters away from the house two restaurants and a supermarket selling fresh bread in the morning.
Very calm, next to the Costa Brava and the Natural Park of the Montseny, Volcanic Zone of the Garrotxa, Marshes of Sau and Susqueda, lake of Banyoles. Also near Girona (20 km) with its Jewish district and of Barcelona (75 km by freeway).
