Situated next to the beach of Alcossebre (Castellon) with its terrace of 120 m2, sea view and large garden of 1500 m2, the Ormazabal residence is an ideal holiday destination for families or groups. Alcoc�ber or Alcocebre (the official Valencian name is Alcossebre) is located in the province of Castellon, in the country of Spain. Alcoc�ber is a small coastal village consisting of 10 kilometers of coastline which is divided into five high quality beaches and contains a variety of unspoiled coves. It is one of the few towns that has not yet been fully urbanized (as most of the coastal towns have been). It is located on the Costa del Azahar, bordering Peniscola to the north and Torreblanca to the south. This large family house is in keeping with the atmosphere of the other residences in the area. Located at the foot of the mountains, you can feel the harmony of the rugged landscape with the great sea [views] and smell of the pine trees which have surrounded the house for several decades in the large garden. Note: Guests must pay the second half of the rental price upon arrival: 500 �. In addition, a deposit of 500 � has to be paid. The deposit will be refunded 2 days after departure, as long as the owner finds everything in good order.

Local area

Beach tourism, a tennis club and horseback riding possibilities can be found in the vicinity, plus paddle courts and a swimming pool. Cycling and hiking are also possible. You can go diving in a protected natural park (Las Columbretes) which is located on an island 10 nautical miles away. In addition to the coastal zone, Alcoc�ber has a variety of mountain vantage points which are part of the natural landscape of the Sierra de Irta. Its ten kilometers of coastline contain four main beaches: (Carregador), la Romana, el Moro y Manyetes (or Tropicana), which have all received the "blue flag" award as a sign of quality. You will also find three bays: three beaches separated by rocky formations: Cala del Moro is separated from the beach of the same name by a small dune while Cala Blanca is situated near the lighthouse. Tropicana Beach is of high quality in terms of its fauna and flora. The beach of Las Fuentes is one of the most visited in the area. It has a length of 360 meters and a width of 32 meters. It is characterized by some springs that emerge from the sand, originating from water and rivers flowing down from the Sierra de Irta. Columbretes Islands lie in front of the Castellon coast and have a volcanic origin.
