The apartment is located in the Ebro Delta, a natural area with a large variety of flora and fauna. The bog is home to about 300 different species of birds. The area is famous for rice and fruit cultivation and is surrounded by beautiful sand dunes and beaches. In 1983 a large part of the Ebro Delta was declared a national park. The Can Teresa apartment is located in this beautiful natural area and makes an excellent starting point for exploring the wonderful natural surroundings. There are many hiking trails and bike routes in the park and organized boat trips through the natural area are also available. For a reservation of 14 days or more, you will receive a 20% discount.

Local area

The town of Amposta is located in the southern part of Catalonia, 6 km from the Costa Dorada, where you can lay in the Spanish sun and enjoy the sea and beach. The Ebro Delta, in the Amposta, has much to offer, including large paddy fields, low-flying flamingos and extensive forests. The numerous hiking and cycling trails lead to the most beautiful spots in this natural area. Not far from the Ebro Valley are the Montsi� Mountains, from where you have a magnificent view of the Ebro Valley. The peaks of the Montsi� Mountains are characterized by hollow rocks called Foradada Roca. Cities such as Barcelona and Valencia are two hours away and are certainly worth a visit. While in Barcelona be sure to visit the Sagrada Familia, the unfinished cathedral by master Gaud�, or have a drink on Ramblas Boulevard. Valencia is characterized by many Gothic buildings, such as 'Iglesia de los Santos Juanes' and the 'Mercado Central'.
