Description

This beautiful Finca (farm) is only 6 km from the beaches of the Costa Dorada. It is a traditional renovated apartment situated on a large estate. This farm has an area of approximately 3.5 hectares, which means lots of freedom for everyone! The administrator lives 500 meters away and the village of El Perello is situated about 2 km from the apartment. On the farm there are many olive and apricot trees. In June you can harvest the apricots. The apartment has been restored in an energy efficient way while retaining its old style. Electricity is created by a generator. The Finca makes a nice starting point to explore the natural surroundings either by foot or bicycle. For culture lovers there is plenty to see and experience here as well.

Local area

The town of El Perello is located 50 km south of Tarragona. El Perello is a lively village with many facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a swimming pool and various wine bodegas. Not far away is the small seaside resorts of L's L'Ampolla Amettla de Mar, with several beautiful beaches where you can relax on one of the numerous terraces. The national park of the Ebro Delta is close to the farm and worth a visit because of the many rice fields, wide beaches, rare birds and different options for fishing. In the 'Els Ports' Park you will find high mountains, birds of prey, wild goats and bulls. The cities of Barcelona (150km), Tarragona (50km) and Valencia (180 km) are also worth a visit. For children there is the Tarragona 'Port Aventura- a large park with various attractions. Other ideas for excursions include the aquarium in Valencia, the honey museum in El Perello and the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta where you can canoe.
