You will find this villa in a beautiful neighborhood in the village of T�as, on Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. T�as is situated on a mountainside which means you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from your villa. In the complex there are 12 large, detached villas. The beaches as well as the center of Puerto del Carmen are situated only a few minutes away by car. Puerto del Carmen is a famous tourist destination with a long beach. You will also find a beautiful promenade here which provides the opportunity for a lovely evening walk. Off the coast of Puerto del Carmen there is a large reef, ideal for divers. T�as is a lively area with many restaurants, terraces and bars where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Canary Islands. The Nuestra Senora de la Candelaria church is a beautiful landmark in the city which dates back to 1796. The cemetery beside the church was established in 1799. The biggest festival of T�as is celebrated on the 2nd of February with a big parade and a variety of activities and festivities. T�as is also known for the wine produced at La Geria. Each of the holiday villas has a private garden with a private pool and parking space. The airport of Lanzarote is located near the capital (Arrecife), just 9 kilometers from the villa.

Lanzarote is one of the islands of the Canary Islands, and is situated about 130 kilometers off the northwest coast of Africa. Lanzarote is a volcanic island, thus it is not surprising that some places on the island are covered with lava and look like a lunar landscape as there is almost no vegetation. The Timanfaya National Park is composed of volcanic craters, lava fields, etc. Here tourists are standing on a magma chamber where different volcanic layers are visible below the ground. If a bucket of water is poured into a hole it will be cast back up with amazing power. A major artist of Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, did a lot to preserve the original character of the island. He saw to it that only the traditional colors of green, blue and brown are allowed for doors and windows and no structure higher than four stories can be built. Tourist attractions near Timanfaya Park include the old capital of Teguise, the lava tunnels of Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua, the cactus garden at Guatiza, viewing the Mirador del Rio and the former house of Cesar Manrique. In Teguise you will find, for example, the highest church steeple on the island. At the park you can book a variety of treatments and massages. You can book and pay on the spot. Among the massages offered: better reflexes and Tibetan massages. There are also various hiking and cycling excursions, as well as surfing and diving training courses at your disposal. On Lanzarote there is always a lot to see and do - in short, there is something for everyone here!
